Description
The ZONESUN ZS-CIP500 Series is a fully automatic 3-tank CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system designed for sanitary production lines. Built with SUS304 stainless steel and available in various capacity options, it integrates warm-water, alkaline, and acid tanks with inline heating, circulation pumps, and intelligent PLC automation. The system performs multi-step cleaning cycles, including rinse, alkali wash, acid wash, and final rinse without disassembling pipelines or tanks. With its skid-mounted design, pre-installed piping, and factory pressure testing, it offers a compact footprint and true plug-and-play installation for dairy, beverage, brewing, and pharmaceutical applications.
PLC CONTROL
Provides centralized PLC touchscreen control with preset cleaning formulas(rinse-alkali-acid-final rinse) for one-touch automatic operation and real-time monitoring of temperature, flow, and time.
CIRCULATION PUMP
Generates high-pressure flow to drive cleaning solutions through the CIP system, enabling medium switching and closed-loop circulation for efficient and thorough cleaning.
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
Provides inline heating and constant temperature control of the cleaning fluid through high-efficiency heat exchange and real-time temperature sensor-based adjustments.
SKID MOUNTED
Integrates all tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, and controls on a compact stainless-steel skid with pre-installed piping and testing for a small footprint and plug-and-play installation.
CIP TANK MODULE
Stores and delivers warm water, alkaline solution, and acid solution with controlled switching to supply each cleaning stage accurately throughout the CIP process.
