Description
This semi-automatic filling weighing machine is suitable for filling liquid that is without particle, such as hand sanitizer, beverage, toner, shampoo, etc. With electronic scale, it can fill liquid more accurately. Each nozzle of it can fill 17L/min, greatly improving work efficiency. It can be widely used in medicine, daily chemical, food, cosmetic industries.
The control panel allows operators to set the filling weight and flow rate directly and select the required operating mode.
Choose inching mode for machine testing or automatic mode for production. In automatic mode, filling begins when a bottle is detected.
Both anti-drip nozzles support accurate filling and can be controlled separately using the foot pedals. Their height can be adjusted to suit different bottles.
The scales display each bottle’s actual weight on the control panel in real time. Filling stops when the preset weight is reached.
The filters remove impurities from the liquid to help prevent pump blockages and support efficient pump operation.
