The ZONESUN ZS-FS60U is an automatic monodose strips filling and sealing machine designed for cosmetics, skincare, and personal care industries. Running at about 15–20 pieces per minute, it uses a ceramic pump for precise dosing in the range of 0.2–3 ml. The machine integrates tube feeding, filling, and ultrasonic sealing structures, automating the entire process of unit-dose packaging. Built with a PLC operation panel and customizable feeding system, it ensures efficiency, accuracy, and hygienic production for products such as serums, essences, and eye drops.
