Bag size is only one part of BIB selection. Product behavior, fitment handling, automation and hygiene requirements should be confirmed first.
The four machines in this range cover different BIB workflows. ZS-BIB01M keeps cap handling with the operator; ZS-BIB01 integrates filling, vacuuming and capping; ZS-BIB01D automates bag positioning and cap handling and can add nitrogen dosing; ZS-BIB210 is designed around continuous automatic bag handling and is also available in an aseptic configuration.
SELECTION START POINTAutomation level and aseptic requirement are separate decisions.
A fully automatic machine is not automatically an aseptic filling system. Confirm the actual product, bag and process requirement before choosing the route.

What information should I send for BIB machine selection?
Share the product, bag volume, fitment or valve details, target output and required process. Bag and fitment samples or drawings are especially useful for confirming handling compatibility.
Does fully automatic BIB filling mean aseptic filling?
No. Automation and aseptic processing are separate requirements. ZS-BIB210 is available with standard fully automatic and aseptic configurations, while other machines should not be assumed to provide aseptic filling unless specifically configured for it.
Can BIB machines fill thicker products or products with particles?
It depends on the machine and material. ZS-BIB01D uses a servo rotor pump and its current specifications include compatible viscous and particulate materials. The actual product should still be reviewed before confirming a machine.
Why does the bag fitment matter?
The machine must position the fitment correctly and, depending on the model, remove, hold and replace the cap. Fitment dimensions and structure therefore affect the handling mechanism and should be confirmed before production.
