The ZONESUN 35 × 22 cm electric clicker press provides up to 3,000 kgf of pressing force for cutting leather, fabric, EVA/PVC foam, stickers, photo paper, and other soft sheet materials with a compatible cutting die. Its carbon-steel structure, adjustable upper platen, and foot-pedal operation make it suitable for wallets, handbags, leather goods, crafts, and small-batch production. It is not suitable for cutting metal sheets.
Package note: One nylon cutting pad is included. Custom cutting dies can be supplied on request; please confirm the required artwork and dimensions before ordering.

Suitable Materials
Designed for leather, fabric, EVA/PVC foam, stickers, photo paper, and medium-soft plastic or rubber sheets. It can be used to cut parts for handmade wallets, handbags, leather crafts, and similar products. Do not use the machine to cut metal sheets.
Operation
- Select the correct voltage and connect the machine to the power supply.
- Position the nylon cutting pad, material, and cutting die within the working area. Keep their combined height below 100 mm.
- Adjust the upper platen to suit the cutting setup, then use the foot pedal to activate the pressing cycle. Test with scrap material before regular production.
- Do not keep the foot pedal pressed if the motor stalls. Release it immediately and check the setup.
The compact 350 × 220 mm working area is intended for cutting small leather goods, craft parts, stickers, and other soft sheet materials.
The adjustable platen helps accommodate different cutting setups. The cutting die, material, and nylon pad must remain within the machine’s loading-height limit.
