Automatic Round Bottle Gear Pump Filling and Capping Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-AFC48B combines automatic bottle feeding, servo gear pump filling, cap feeding, cap placement and servo capping in one compact machine. It supports adjustable filling volumes from 3 mL, with a specified filling accuracy of ±1% and a production capacity of 15–30 bottles/min, depending on filling volume and material.
Compatible round bottles have diameters of 15–50 mm and heights of 50–250 mm, with customized configurations available. Bottles are fed horizontally into moving holders and automatically turned upright during conveying for filling and capping. The touchscreen provides control of operating parameters and displays machine status.
