The ZONESUN ZS-MD3 is a high-speed OCR vision inspection machine designed for detecting defects on metal caps and closures, with optional customization for plastic caps. Operating at up to 2000 caps per minute, it captures and analyzes cap images using advanced OCR algorithms to identify deformation, contamination, misalignment, printing issues, missing material, and other surface defects. Equipped with a dedicated detection section, computer operation interface, and automatic rejection system, it ensures stable, accurate, and continuous quality inspection for modern production lines.
