The ZONESUN ZS-NP1 is a compact liquid filling machine equipped with a peristaltic pump to ensure hygienic, particle-free dispensing. Ideal for filling viscous and fluid liquids such as nail polish, honey, hand sanitizer, perfume, and beverages. It features anti-drip nozzles, adjustable filling speed and time, and supports both manual and automatic modes. Widely used in cosmetic, food, and pharmaceutical industries, it includes a 3L hopper by default, with optional upgrades available.

CONTROL PANEL

The digital control panel allows operators to set filling time and speed and select the working mode according to production requirements.

TWO FILLING POSITIONS

The machine has two filling positions: the left position accommodates taller bottles, while the right position is designed for smaller containers such as nail polish bottles and perfume vials. A silicone holder on the right helps secure vials during filling.

PERISTALTIC PUMP

The liquid does not pass through the peristaltic pump itself, helping protect product quality. The tubing can be changed conveniently when switching liquids.

TWO WORKING MODES

The machine supports manual and automatic operation. In manual mode, filling is activated with the foot pedal, which can also be used for machine testing.
