Inline Vacuum Inspection for Sealed Bottles and Cans
The ZONESUN ZS-ZK200 inspects compatible vacuum-sealed glass bottles and tinplate three-piece cans with tinplate closures. Its non-contact acoustic detection system evaluates the closure response against preset acceptance thresholds to identify packages with insufficient vacuum or sealing problems.
With inspection speeds of up to 200 bottles per minute, automatic rejection and a visual alarm, the system supports continuous quality inspection after capping or can sealing.
