2. Pack format
Specify count or net weight, bottle opening or pouch dimensions, and the required wrap style and material.
3. Line capacity
Confirm feeding, cleaning, changeovers and the output of each connected station with a sample trial.
Send candy samples and packaging specifications for trials. Sticky gummies, fragile chocolates and irregular shapes may need different feeding arrangements; pharmaceutical tablet counters are not assumed suitable for candy.

Can one machine fill bottles and wrap individual candy?
Usually these are separate routes. A counter or weigher doses finished candy, while a wrapper encloses individual pieces in film or foil.
Are gummy making machines the same as gummy packing machines?
No. Cooking and depositing systems form gummies. Once the product has reached the required condition, separate equipment can count, weigh or wrap it.
Can tablet counters be used for gummies?
Not automatically. Confirm product dimensions, surface tack and feeding behavior with samples before selecting a counter.
What do I need for a premade pouch?
Specify the pouch opening, size, closure and required fill weight, then match the weigher and pouch handling system. Film-roll baggers are a different format.
