What is the difference between Twist-Off capping and ordinary screw capping?
Twist-Off equipment is selected for compatible metal jar lids and glass jars. Ordinary screw cappers are commonly used for other closure formats and should not be assumed suitable for metal Lug Caps.
When is vacuum or steam capping needed?
It depends on the packaging process, product and required jar-sealing method. Select a steam or vacuum route only when that process is required for the project.
Can a filling line be included?
Yes. Selected equipment combines filling, Twist-Off capping and, where required, later labeling or other connected packaging stages.
Do I need to send jar and cap samples?
Standard jar and cap dimensions are normally enough for initial selection. Samples are useful for non-standard closures, unusual jars and custom line integration.
