Can a dropper-bottle line also handle roll-on bottles?
Only if its handling and assembly stations support both formats. Dropper placement, roller insertion and screw capping are different operations; confirm change parts and sample tests.
Does every machine include inner-plug insertion?
No. Some fill and tighten caps only. Specify each component and request confirmation of the included placement or pressing stations.
How do I choose a pump for essential oils?
Use the actual formulation, viscosity, target dose and material-compatibility requirements. A pump suitable for one blend may not be suitable for another.
How should I handle frequent fragrance changes?
Discuss drainage, disassembly, tubing changes and the cleaning procedure with the equipment supplier. Validate your process against carryover limits appropriate to your product.
