Manual Hot Foil Stamping for Pencils, Cards and Leather
The ZONESUN ZS-100A is a manual hot foil stamping machine for adding lettering and designs to pencils, cards, leather and paper. It features a 5 × 10 cm stamping area, a T-slot heating plate and adjustable working height.

- Only Machine: Machine without a letter-type set.
- Machine with MEB / TNR / ALS Script: Machine with a letter-type set in the selected style.
- Machine with Custom Font: Machine with a custom-font letter-type set. Confirm font details before ordering.
- Dual use options: Select the required configuration. Options with a named letter style include the corresponding letter-type set; confirm the Dual use configuration with us if you are unsure which option suits your work.
Select 110V or 220V to match your power supply. Letter sets are included only with the corresponding package option. For additional letters, custom logo dies or other accessories, confirm compatibility and package contents before ordering.

Material and Letter Selection
Match the letter height and design size to the available stamping surface, especially on narrow pencil faces. Results depend on the material, foil, die and operating settings; test on a sample before processing a batch.

Letter Sets and Working Height
Compatible letter sets can be purchased with the machine by selecting the appropriate package, or separately. Loosen the height-adjustment screw to adjust the working height, then tighten it to secure the setting.
