The ZONESUN ZS-AGD7 Automatic Silicone Sealant Cartridge Filling and Capping Machine is designed for high-speed packaging of high-viscosity adhesives and sealants into plastic cartridges. Operating at 40–60 pcs/min, it integrates automatic cartridge loading, servo-controlled quantitative filling, cap feeding and pressing, and finished-product collection into one continuous process. With a maximum filling volume of 310 ml and filling accuracy of ≤0.5%, it is suitable for silicone sealant, acrylic caulk, polyurethane sealant, structural adhesive, and other compatible high-viscosity materials.

Automatic Cartridge Loading System

Application
