Does this equipment make pods or bag finished pods?
The sample and production machines listed here form and fill individual pods. Packing finished pods into a retail pouch or container is a separate operation.
Can an ordinary liquid sachet machine make laundry pods?
Not automatically. Water-soluble film needs a compatible forming and sealing process, detergent formulation and cavity configuration.
Is the pressure tester a pod production machine?
No. It applies a defined pressure test to samples. It does not form, fill or seal pods.
Does a successful pressure test prove shelf life?
No. Strength testing is one check. Formulation and film compatibility, storage conditions and the retail package require separate evaluation.
